Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ra777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available at ra777.cc. By accessing ra777.cc, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

ra777 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of the player's account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on ra777.cc at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly should any information change.

ra777 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on any account at any time. KYC may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's ra777 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the account balance. ra777 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits at the platform level or at the account level for responsible gaming or security purposes.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. ra777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits unless expressly permitted by the support team following identity verification.

Anti-Money Laundering: ra777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The platform may request the source-of-funds documentation from players whose transaction patterns trigger internal risk thresholds. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily explained may be returned to the originating payment method and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ra777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matters they address.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on ra777.cc:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on ra777.cc — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules published within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

All game outcomes in the casino and live casino are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied and independently audited by the respective game studio. ra777 does not modify, interfere with, or influence any game outcome. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are maintained by each studio and are available within the game interface.

With respect to sports betting, ra777 reserves the right to:

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ra777.cc and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, including both real-money and bonus balances:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on the platform.
• Fraudulent deposits: Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with payment providers after funds have been used for wagering.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ra777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

ra777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• ra777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity associated with the account.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ra777 staff or other players.
• Continuation of the account relationship poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ra777.

Upon termination for cause, ra777 may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation does not substantiate the suspicion of wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will result in the return of the verified real-money balance (less any pending bonus requirements) to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

ra777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms is always available at ra777.cc/terms-conditions and is identified by the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

In the event of material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations — ra777 will notify registered players via their account-registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
